Paul has deep knowledge and great style to communicate the amount and layers of the work needed. The team started 8am and finished installing my entire roof 9pm ( 41 squares). I have never even heard of same day roof replacement!!

My old roof was in the worst shape and needed to be replaced. I was delighted working with Elite Gold Contractors services, starting from bidding to getting the job done. The proposal is straightforward to understand with no hidden cost and the owner is a pleasure to work with. The workmanship and the roofing material I chose, GAF charcoal 50-year transferable warranty installed, and a torch down on the carport of my duplex. We had our 20-year-old roof replaced along with gutters and downspouts. Paul and his team did excellent work at a reasonable price. Clear, easy, friendly communication throughout. Answered my many questions along the way. I highly recommend!

They just got done with our roof replacement. We only own our half of the duplex . Our neighbor was unwilling to do his side at this time . Paul was able to send me an estimate site unseen using comparable jobs he did in the area and satellite imaging . That seemed odd at first but after getting 4 other quotes we did have two very similar-ish . We went with Elite because of their availability, the price (unmatched) , the many many reviews, BBB accreditation, and the shingle brand they use . Even with the site unseen (which was something we were nervous about till the end) . He was spot on with his quote . We did have some molded plywood that they were able to address with small additional cost per sheet after a certain amount free . He sent us many photo evidence so we knew but also so we had something to show our neighbor since they will want to address their side soon. Just impressive though how they showed up and knocked it out in a 8 hour shift (lunch taken) . Will for sure recommend to my neighbors. Thanks again Elite ! Easy process beginning to end.

Elite Gold Contractors responded quickly and with a price in the range of other estimates. They were able to schedule the work on a day that I could be home and did a very thorough job cleaning my roof & gutters. Also cleaned up the debris from my yard and pressure washed my front-porch in the process.
