- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dynamic dependent on many variables (location, obstacles, targets, plant/shrub/tree health and/or condition, terrain, goals, etc.). Each job is uniquely different from the last. Sunrise strives for the utmost safe and quality work, with fair and transparent pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical and ideal process is simple but thorough: 1. Meet with customers in person on an agreed upon date and time. During that time, we will be able to address any questions, concerns, goals, and limitations. We can offer professional suggestions, recommendations, and solutions. 2. With a written and detailed estimate to refer to, we allow customers adequate time to make a decision that will be best for them. We promptly answer any questions or concerns along the way. 3. When both parties are ready to schedule the described work, an agreed upon date and time will be established. The work will be performed as described with quality and safety, among other factors, being the biggest priority. Payment is typically due upon completion.
