The staff prep and care with furniture, walls, etc., was outstanding. In the past, this has been a point of nervous-making, but TM is great! Best part was Teddy who was not only professional, but managed to infuse a sense of caring and empathy for me as someone at the end of the very stressing packing, moving, cleaning experience. Also, the very fair pricing is most appreciated. Wish there was a 6th star. Can't offer enough accolades and appreciation!
