- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roof Cleaning is priced by the Square Footage, severity of Moss, Mold, Mildew, Algae and Lichen as well as the pitch and difficulty of the Roof. House Washing or Siding Cleaning is priced by the square footage of the house and severity of moss, algae and dirt present. Gutter Cleaning is primarily priced by linear footage and the secondary calculation is the severity of debris and the amount of time that has passed since the last Gutter Maintenance. Window Cleaning is priced per window pane, the size of windows, what story the windows are located and if screens, tracks or sills also require Cleaning. Pressure Washing pricing is determined by the Square Footage. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out as soon as possible to schedule the best day and time for the customer and only request payment at the end of each job.
