Chris is amazing and great to work with. He was able to perform our homeinspection even though we gave a short notice but he was kind enough to fit us in.
First he was very punctual which I greatly appreciate as I didn’t have to push around too many meetings . Then he thoroughly went through the house and even explained what we can do to fix the findings so we don’t spend too much money and it can be fixed properly .
His report is great quality with clear pictures and explanations
I will definitely recommend and be using his service again

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As described in our inspectzzxion agreement, our work is thorough yet non-invasive. We inspect exterior, foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, visible structural in crawl space and attic. We also inspect current function of appliances as well as plumbing and electrical fixtures. Other inspections may be available such as greenhouses, swimming pools, barns, etc...
