Dealing with the back end of the company has been fine. I scheduled a single cleaning for Friday, the cleaner was sick which is not a big deal, they rescheduled for Saturday. Where I went wrong was not being there for the cleaning. Today (Sunday) I went in to our empty home to make sure it was all set for someone new to move in and I am unsure if the house was cleaned at all. There was visible dirt on the floor, and the home did not smell of any kind of cleaning product whatsoever. Since there had been a move out cleaning done when we left I cannot be sure that my home was cleaned. I just wanted to be sure that it was touched up after a month of showings and when I walked in today I cannot be sure at all that someone was there and completed a job, but what I can prove is that the floor was not cleaned. I reached out, and they are offering a partial refund which is appreciated, however I am still very concerned that the house wasn’t actually cleaned, maybe just lightly dusted? I can’t imagine that a home that is completely closed up would not smell of a single cleaning product less than 24 hours after a cleaning.
