I recently had my micro wedding decoration done from Pressed Pony Event - loved the experience . She was considerate of my budget and went out of the way to make the day special for me. She incorporated a last minute venue change too within budget. Approx ~600 for decorations.

We hired pressed peony just a couple weeks out from our wedding. Our wedding was very intimate and we had a venue taking care of food, drinks, rentals. But with the expressed intention of never wanting to feel like we were “working” at our wedding, and really wanting to create an event where our guests were spoiled and not lifting a finger. We took a last minute hit to the budget and went for it and it was so worth it. Kayla and her assistant were so helpful and so friendly. Ran every little errand, set up and tore down all of our decorations and most importantly, my husband and I did not ever feel like we were working at all. Highly recommend Kayla and her team!

Kayla was awesome from beginning to end. This was a small job for her, during wedding season. She still gave it her all. I would 100% hire her again.

Kayla was the event coordinator for our wedding reception. She did an incredible job in helping us out with sourcing items for decor, bar, event checklist, coordination with the vendor and worked with us to plan for last minute changes. Kayla and her friend Markus has put huge effort, hard work, thoughtfulness and care to make our reception such a grand event. Markus proactively went to the stores to buy stuffs when we were running out of those. They went above and beyond the contract responsibilities- eg: when our server didn't show up, they stepped in to fill in server duties. My husband and I would highly recommend Pressed Peony Events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is meant to be middle of the road. We are not the cheapest option, but we are not the most expensive option either. Sometimes we offer promotions on day of coordination services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out by learning about their project, budget, and dream ideas. Then we discuss options, I come up with a quote, the customer signs and sends a deposit. Then we are all set for the event and I complete any tasks needed before the event.
