I hired Mike to teach a class for my women's retreat which was made up of 20 women. He broke us into stations to help prepare different courses of the meal. We had spring rolls as an appetizer, salmon, asparagus with hollandaise sauce and au gratin potatoes, and poached pears with homemade cinnamon ice cream for dessert. It was hands down one of the best meals I have had in Seattle. I honestly wish I could show up at his door for another meal. It was the best hollandaise sauce I have ever had and the ice cream was mind blowing- I am not even a huge ice cream fan. Mike is very professional and throughout the planning process had great menu ideas and was willing to work with those who had dietary restrictions. He was personable and has a great sense of humor- the women loved him. Overall, Mike went out of his way to make our class special- we even got to leave with copies of the recipes. We learned a lot and ate a lot. I will most certainly hire him again!

We wanted to have our 25th Anniversary dinner to be special, and bring the restaurant delights to our family. "Meals per Diem" made this possible. The appetizers, the main course, and dessert were awesome! The kids LOVED the homemade Macaroni and Cheese and had multiple helpings to fill their tummies. We all liked being able to talk and learn while everything was being prepared. We will be hiring "Meals per Diem" again in the near future.
