Project scope, pricing structure, assumptions, schedule milestones, and change procedures are documented before work begins. Any requested or required scope change is reviewed for cost, schedule, permit, and material impacts and documented before the changed work proceeds. Estimates and schedules depend on verified site conditions, selections, availability, and required approvals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing the property, project goals, location, desired timing, and known constraints. We then define the next step for scoping and provide written project information before work is scheduled. No work begins until the scope, responsibilities, price structure, and required approvals are documented.
