- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $120/hour for 2 movers with a fully equipped 16ft truck, with a 2-hour minimum, plus a one-time $50 truck fee. The hourly rate includes dollies, moving blankets, shrink wrap, basic tools, and furniture assembly and disassembly (beds, couches, tables, etc.). Estimates are always free. Junk removal, dump fees, donation runs, packing, and long-distance moves may require a custom quote. We always confirm a clear price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting the details of your move: pickup and drop-off addresses, stairs or elevators, a list of larger items, parking access, and whether packing is needed. From there we confirm the crew size and time window, then arrive on time and work efficiently to load, move, and unload your items with care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on moving work: safe lifting techniques, protecting floors and doorways, wrapping and padding furniture, and loading trucks and PODs so items stay secure in transit. We focus on doing the job carefully and efficiently every time.
