Everything okay except last Tuesday suppose the carpet to be delivered no show and Rod has to call and found out they will deliver wed. A courtesy call will be appreciated rather than waiting 2 hrs. For nothing. Patrick was our installer he did a very good job and did it meticulously.

Throughout our journey to get new floors I have a few people that helped make that journey smooth and so pleasant. Even over some bumps with the install there were three people that held me up and kept me grounded! They kept me informed and updated always. I owe them a huge thank you! We had vinyl flooring installed over a year ago in our home. Unfortunately, a transition on the stairs leading to the family room had come loose! The glue obviously didnt work.We called the store where we purchased the flooring and told them what happened. They called the installer, Modern Flooring, who in turn called us. They told us that the warranty on their work was only valid for a year but they would come out and take a look at it.An installer came out a week later. He not only fixed the one transition but realized that two others were loose as well and fixed those! He did all this work at no charge to us.Modern Flooring has some pretty awesome people working for them. They were quick to respond, polite and had solutions. I would use them again if I were to need new flooring.

Love my new red oak hardwood floors installed by Modern Flooring! The installer's did not speak English but they did a fantastic job. There were a few bumps in the final finishing, but the office staff has been very responsive & took care of any issues in a very professional manner. Highly recommend!

They installed my floor in March, did an excellent job, very efficient. Had to come back to remove pieces to get a install of a dish washer, and did an excellent job coming back and replacing the floor. I would highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with each customer individually to create the correct estimate and scope of work for their project and budget.
We offer discounts to:
- Service Members
- Veterans
- Frontline workers
- School Teachers
Discounts do not stack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free, professional in-home measure. This allows our sales team to build an accurate estimate, minimizing surprises during the project. After a measure has been submitted by our field team member, our professional sales reps go over the measure and create a comprehensive estimate. Our commitment to all our customers is to get the estimate to them within 24hrs, but most of the time we are able to get the estimate to the customers on the same day. Once an estimate is sent to the customer, a sales rep reaches out to go over the estimate with the customer to ensure accuracy and work with the customer on their specific needs for their project, as well as, walk them through to the next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Modern Flooring Services team members and installers have over 5 years of experience in the trade. From sales of products to performing the installation labor.
