Introduction: I have over 10 years experience in property services, building construction knowledge performing home inspections and residential surveys as well as other property services. My other experience in Photography and marketing services of high end houses and apartments in and around London England before moving back to Washington State has been invaluable. I showed up early and Kyle was already deep into the outdoor portion of the home inspection. He was quick but thorough with his inspection and provided me with a verbal report and a very detailed electronic report with plenty of pictures and detailed information on the home. He was able to come within 24 hrs of my request and I had the electronic report by the end of the same day. I highly recommend Light On Home Inspections!
