- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a 10% discount when you book both your event audio and video services with us. This can be for PA rental or DJ/MC services combined with live event videography, streaming broadcast, and/or video projection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone call to discuss your ideas, find out any special needs or requests, then give you a detailed quote for your project. Depending on your preferences, this can be done in a consultation meeting, over the phone, or even via email. However, the most important thing is your comfort and confidence that your event will be the way you want it to be, so any follow up modifications and confirmations are an easy part of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of our videographers have film school educations, while others have real world apprenticeships in commercial production, documentary filmmaking, and live event or news crews. Similar to our video production experience, our audio techs have experience in both sound recording and live event production. DJ's and emcees have hosted film premieres, fundraisers, concerts, and festivals, bringing tasteful fun and energy to many events.
