Excellent trainer who can answer any questions regarding an animals behavior. Highly professional.
Anne is great, and we are seeing constant improvement in our dog's behavior using Anne's recommendations. Super simple and it works!
From the first 30 minutes of Cindy walking into our home we knew this was a great idea. After our first lesson there was such an amazing difference in the behavior of our two dogs it made our heads spin. Will i continue to use her? YES... will i recommend her? YES
Laura brought a much needed personal touch to the training of our dog. Behavior modification - Coco no longer has that wild and crazy uncontrolled energy she had before training. Children are no longer afraid to pet her and my 9yr old is no longer her chew toy😆. She comes when you call, respond quickly when chastised and walking her is a joy!!
Patti is awesome! We contracted for 4 sessions because our chihuahua has had a HUGE problem with other dogs. Shes 6 years old, our rescue of 4 years, and I was fearful she would be untrainable, as an old dog. Not the case, at all! Shes so eager to learn, and wed never know that had it not been for Patti. My husband and I are feeling much more confidant and relaxed, and, therefore, so is our canine, when walking outside amongst other dogs. Patti is willing to follow up with more lessons when need be, if we need a tune-up." She is a great listener and addresses the behaviors that need changing right away. We are so happy Patti has helped our little girl be less anxious and bossy within a surprisingly short time frame!
Having April out to our house was amazing. We have a 2 year old English mastiff who thought he ran our house. She was very professional and worked hard to help us understand what we were doing that helped in our dog's negative behavior. She was respectful and knew what she was doing. I would recommend her to help out with your dog. Since having April to our house our dog is much better behaved and when there is a problem we are able to understand what we are doing to contribute to it.
I work with Denise at Bark & Ride, I also board my 2 dogs with her when I am out of town. My dogs & all the dogs she cares for LOVE her, I trust her implicitly with my dogs, she has double gates at the entrance, a very large play yard (she picks up poop several times a day), the dogs are brought inside a smaller yard next to the house at night, where they can go inside the heated sleeping quarters if they choose. I pick up & take 10 -12 of her dogs to the dog park twice a week, I work closely with all of her clients & they trust her absolutely. The only negative feedback I have ever heard was from a helper that was let go.
I just met her and she showed us how she works which was very imressive, Our dog is a real handful for us and I am hoping we can work something out THANK yOU jACKIE
Jeff is friendly and professional and very experienced. He is all about positive reenforcement and my dog, Henri, improved rapidly. Of course, it's all about training us humans and Jeff is good at that. Always kind, never judgemental.
Nancy Curlette provides exceptional pet-sitting services! She goes above and beyond the call of duty and spends considerable time bonding with pets and owners alike. She is conscientious and dependable at all times. I have pets with special needs and she has even taken them to the vet while I have been away. Nancy has taken the time to educate me regarding my pets' health issues and behaviors. Her communication with pet owners while they are away is informative and comforting. Nancy's pet-sitting services are exemplary - her professionalism shines through! I highly recommend Curlette's Critter Care.
Thomas has provided great training and support for my puppy and myself as we grow together. We started training when my puppy was just 3 months old and plan to continue for several more months. The positive yet practical approach has been so effective and Thomas' vast knowledge and understanding of my dog's behaviors has been such great encouragement for both of us! I have recommended him to just about every pet-parent I have met!
Our experience with Latony's Dog Training so far has been exceptional! Very responsive, very professional and very compassionate toward dogs. During our initial meeting they focused on learning exactly what we are looking for in training our dog and are helping us to created a long-term plan. We can't wait to get started on this process!
Gina's business is 'One Good Dog' and Gina is 'One Good Trainer'!! We got a new puppy and asked Gina to help us with training her. It was amazing watching how our dog's behavior changed before our eyes as Gina worked with her. By Gina's 3rd session (over about two-three months), we had gotten a second puppy and she was able to help with the transition of our 2nd puppy into our home. Gina is a professional, has the education and experience to understand both animal behavior and nutrition. We feel we were extremely fortunate to learn of Gina's services and are very happy with the results. Gina is also very personable and we very much enjoyed our sessions with her. We highly recommend Gina's training to anyone who wants good behaviour in their pets.
Working with Margaret has been such a pleasure! Sooo knowledgeable about dogs. A friend of mine referred her to me and I was so impressed with the improvement in his two dogs’ behavior I couldn’t ignore it. Best decision I ever made! My dogs have stopped jumping all over me, my family, and people who come to the door. Give her a try. You won’t be sorry!
Carole has been wonderful w my mother w advancing dementia and mom's dog. Jocko looks forward to Carole's visits. Very very pleased.
Becky was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging as she worked with me, my two boys, and our dog, Maggie. We are working towards becoming a certified dog therapy team and training/testing for the AKC/CGC certificate was our first step. Becky was flexible in choosing our training location, she provided resource material, and she helped us all successfully learn "new tricks". We are appreciative and feel more confident about achieving our goal. Thanks, Becky!! Tricia Budd
I have worked with Cheryl on several occassions and she has been instrumental in introducing me to Animal Communication. We have worked together with my own personal pets as well as some of my clients animals. She has dealt situations that were both behavioral and emotional in nature with very accurate and positive outcomes after her connection. Cheryl's communication skills and insght into these pets has been invaluable and very beneficial. Cheryl worked with my cat Emi who began displaying inappropriate peeing and pooping behavior. Through her animal communication she was able to talk with Emi and find out why she was unahappy. I was able to change some situations and thankfully this behavior has stopped! Words cannot express my gratitude to Cheryl for her insight ,compassion and kindness while communicating with Casey, my Cairn Terrier of 19 1/2 years. She helped guide us to a very bittersweet yet peaceful parting. I will be eternally grateful. Elizabeth
Kathy is an excellent teacher for both the dog and the human(s) who interact with it. She is knowledgeable in all fields of dog behavior, but is especially gifted in early training and socialization. She has raised a number of dogs from puppy hood both for private clients and for assistance organizations. I personally have known several of the assistance puppies she has raised. I am pleased to see that one of these puppies on a regular basis as an adult assistance dog for a wheelchair-bound friend. It is wonderful to have known this particular dog as a puppy knowing that the firm foundation she received is what enables her be such a wonderfully helpful companion to my disabled friend. All dogs, not just working dogs, deserve this kind of early foundation to help them reach their full potential as loving and beloved family pets.
Gina came to do in-home puppy training with our Mr Bentley shortly after he first arrived in our home. He was about 4 months old. He loved Gina and we still use many of the things Gina taught him. After he did STAR puppy training, we did several of the summer group sessions Great time for socialization and reinforcement of earlier training commands and behaviors. Currently, Mr Bentley goes with Gina every couple weeks for day care and work on things we think are important to his continuing good behaviors. Bentley loves loves loves Gina - he loves to demonstrate the things he gets, all in exchange for yummy rewards and high praise.
I have worked with behavior modification with abused, neglected, and/or mistreated animals for about 11 years now. My full-time job is working as a veterinary technician, and I have always done behavior work on the side with local rescues and shelters. I generally work with those dogs that "no one can get through to." My goal is to help bring families and their pets closer and to help educate families on how to better understand and read their four- legged companions. I offer behavior modification to obtain a happy family and pet.
