I hired JVR to do multiple small jobs at my house. I am satisfied with the work. I am disappointed in the cost. He gave me a verbal quote (Yes, lesson learned to get the quote in writing) and then charged me double when the work was done. The work was done to my satisfaction, however, I was shocked to be charged double the verbal quote. I paid it, but it was an expensive lesson. Maybe it will serve as a reminder to others, to get a written quote before proceeding.
