Chad Perschon did some tractor work for us. He put in a 40 ft. culvert after removing the old one. He dug two ditches for water and electrical utilities. He leveled an area to within a fraction of an inch where we constructed a green house. Then he leveled an area that had a large mound of claylike dirt left over from previous construction. Then he filled and leveled our front yard. He showed up on time got right to work and was efficient. The drive way was blocked a very short time. The materials for the work were delivered promptly when needed. Chad is a highly skilled tractor operator. No mistakes or wasted movement. He's an honest and knowledgeable professional. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Chad came prepared to work. He had his equipment in working shape, spare parts, tools, gas, diesel. Had packed a lunch, had a hat, work gloves, water. ...and he worked didn't answer phones, text or waste time. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and work ethic.

Chad Perschon has been to our farm many times to do all sorts of tractor work, from grading to trenching to mowing. He has reasonable rates, and always shows up on time or before ready to work. In addition to high quality work, Chad is just a super nice guy. He is trustworthy and easy to get along with. We will use him again in the future.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My tractor is larger than most and reflected in the hourly rate. I am an experienced operator and the time it takes to do a project is also dependent on the experience level of the operator.
