About
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
In addition to my training through IIN, I'm a former Berklee College of Music graduate with degrees in Music Synthesis and Contemporary Writing & Production. I am currently getting certification through the Yoga Teachers College as a yoga instructor, studying with Lisa Powers as a reiki master in addition to pursuing my post graduate degree in humanistic and clinical psychology. It is my goal to offer everyone I work with the most well rounded and whole body centered approach to achieving the life you want to live.
