- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is pretty reasonable. I get told all the time that im cutting myself short because my prices are way lower than what alot of others charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will communicate through texts or by phone call and to discuss availability and answer any questions, then get them on my schedule. If the job is local, i will go look at job to give an accurate quote. So for far away cases I will give them an approx. quote with a high and low end if it isn't very clear on the difficulty of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college education in business administration. However, as far as cleaning goes, it's all from life experience. I have been cleaning all my life in one form or another, so it's kinda second nature to me.
