- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is pretty reasonable. I get told all the time that im cutting myself short because my prices are way lower than what alot of others charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will communicate through texts or by phone call and to discuss availability and answer any questions, then get them on my schedule. If the job is local, i will go look at job to give an accurate quote. So for far away cases I will give them an approx. quote with a high and low end if it isn't very clear on the difficulty of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is all from life experience. At a young age g age I was taught that clean is clean. That’s it! There is no deep or general clean. There is just CLEAN! That’s what I do and that is what you will get is a clean house!
