How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working for a painting contractor, in eastern Washington, at the age of 19. I stayed with that company for 6 yrs. the first half I was painting every day with my crew. The last 2.5yrs, I spent as estimator and project manager. It was a wonderful growing and learning experience, with a great team and leadership.
