- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: When you reach out to us, whether it's through a phone call, text message, email, or our website, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be ready to assist you. We'll gather essential details about your move, such as how many bedrooms, amount of inventory you have in cubic feet if it's a long-distance move, the distance of the move, semi-truck access, and any special requirements you may have. Assessment and Estimate: To provide you with the most accurate estimate, we'll schedule an on-site estimate if it's necessary or at your request. Our foreman will visit your location to assess the scope of the move and evaluate any specific factors that may affect the process. Based on this assessment, we'll provide you with a detailed and transparent, estimate of the costs involved. Our on-site estimates are "binding" that means we honor the price on the estimate and the price is locked in. We can only charge you less from here on not more. Satisfaction guaranteed. Booking and Planning: Once you're satisfied with the estimate, we'll proceed with scheduling your move. We'll work closely with you to determine the best date and time that suits your needs. Our team will also discuss any additional services you may require, such as packing or storage solutions. Preparing for the Move: As the moving day approaches, we'll provide you with helpful tips and guidelines to prepare for a smooth transition. This may include suggestions on packing, labeling your inventory with color coded numbers, and organizing your belongings. We'll also answer any questions or concerns you may have leading up to the move. Moving Day: Our punctual and professional moving crew will arrive at your location on the scheduled day. They will be equipped with the necessary tools, packing materials, and moving vehicles to handle your belongings with care. Our crew lays down Floor protection, and wall protection (free of charge) before they begin moving. Our team will diligently pack, load, and secure your items, ensuring their safe transportation. Furniture is always wrapped in a high quality thick quilted blanket and taped at no additional charge. Transportation and Tracking: During the move, we'll maintain open lines of communication with you. Our dispatcher, customer service representative, your assigned Moving Consultant, and Driver will provide updates on the progress of your move and answer any queries you may have. If necessary, we can track the location of our moving vehicles, giving you peace of mind throughout the journey. Unpacking and Settling: Once we arrive at your new destination, our team will efficiently unload and unpack your belongings. If desired, we can assist with furniture assembly and placement free of charge, making your new space feel like home. We'll ensure that all boxes and packing materials are properly disposed of, leaving you with a clean and organized environment. We're here to customize your furniture arrangement according to your exact preferences. Post-Move Follow-Up: After the move is complete, we'll follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction.
