- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always fair and competitive. I offer discounts to customers interested in receiving multiple services per visit as well as customers opting to have regularly scheduled routine service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is getting some basic information from the customer via text, a phone call or email. I like to get a general idea of what the customer wants/needs to be done, then break down the details from there. I usually can draw up estimates/quotes almost immediately. Quotes are based on customer photos and info from the customer. Larger paint jobs can sometimes require an on-site appointment to get the info necessary to draw up a fair & competitive quote/estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience painting, pressure washing and roof cleaning. Prior to owning and operating my own business, I worked for other contractors handling multiple types of projects.
