Michael was prepared for my appointment and did his best to explain to an inexperienced new business owner how to use Quickbooks. He went above and beyond in creating a template for me outside of our appointment time. I would definitely return for further questions if needed--he was a great value compared to other accountant who do this type of Quickbooks set up and training.
