- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*We price per room or per area, not by square footage. No need to get the tape measure out! *Add upholstery cleaning to any carpet job and save money!! *Absolutely NO hidden costs or high pressure sales tactics!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by finding out what areas our customers need cleaned and listening to any major concerns they may have, such as spots/stains, or odors. Next we will go over what they can expect from us and see if they have any questions before we get started. All our services include pre-spray and truck mounted, high temp steam carpet and upholstery cleaning. After we are done cleaning, we always check with the customer to make sure they are satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years experience working with all types of carpet and fabrics. Certified and trained for water restoration. IICRC certified.
