I am very efficient and affordable. I have been repairing computers since a child and it is more of a hobby for me than a profession. I work full time as an IT administrator and run a computer repair business on the side. I like it the most when I return the computer and the customer is surprised and what I was able to do to their computer in such little time and cost.

I had a broken screen on my laptop. Christopher also noticed that the digital screen would need replaced. He let me know upfront what was needed for repairs; when parts were ordered, he emailed me a copy of the invoice & kept me posted on what was going on. He is professional, courteous, and I would contact him again if I ever need computer repair work done! Excellent job!!!

Christopher is wonderful. He communicates really quickly and gets the job done in no time flat. He saved me at a critical time in the middle of a final week of classes when I spilled tea on my laptop and was so afraid it was destroyed. Turned out it just needed the keyboard replaced which he did within a matter of days My computer is in perfect condition now. I immediately gave him two old computers I've been holding onto for years. He was very honest and told me one of them wasn't worth repairing but that the other only needed a few minor things. He didn't even charge me for the diagnosis of the dead computer! Now I'll have a back up computer for very little cost. I'm beyond impressed and happy. What most impresses me about Christopher is that he is doing what he loves. It's not 'just a job' with him; he's a genuine tech nerd and I mean this in the best possible way. I have complete confidence in his knowledge, ability and integrity and I know I've found someone who I will return to whenever I need computer repairs in the future. On top of all this, he was the first responder when I needed a tech and his estimates were the lowest of every response. He has my highest recommendation! Chris was great. He did the job in a timely manner, fixed the issue but also explained exactly what was wrong so I felt included in the process. He even met me close to my house to pick up the laptop. Gave me a receipt stating he had it. He even delivered the fixed laptop back to my house! Professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I am calling this service again, if I ever need help with my computers.
