When I reached out for a bid, they were extremely responsive, sending someone out the next day. But then I didn't hear for weeks, despite half a dozen attempts to contact them (by phone, email, and through Thumbtack). It turned out their office manager was out of town. She returned my calls when she got back and was very apologetic and professional. We were able to schedule someone right away. He came out and took care of re-attaching the gutter and re-routing two downspouts into rain barrels, promptly and professionally. The only concern is that the faschia were re-attached an inch lower than they used to be- we won't be able to tell if this presents an issue with the functionality of the gutter until it rains, but it looks like it should be ok. The work was excellently done. Unfortunately, the invoice came today and was almost $100 over what I was quoted, so I'll be calling them again to find out what's going on. Aside from the unexpected sticker shock and the lack of responsiveness post-bid, I thought they did a great job.
