FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not starving - just trying to hone my craft and pay for my equipment that's why I offer a lot of special pricing deals, especially if it fits my schedule. That being said, I am not the photographer that is going to hurt the industry either. Got to my website to get an idea of pricing. I will say, I edit all photographs that go out to make sure that photo of mine that are floating around out there are professional level quality. It is reflected in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or in person interview where I can get a feel for what the set will look like and the post processing of the images (editing) preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When you take look at my images you will see that there is only one way to get the look - you have to shoot in manual and you have to use off camera flashes. Lets just start off by saying I do that with almost all of my images. I often use a multiple, radio synced, high speed, strobe set up. I can tell you - that most part time run of the mill photogs don't shoot at this level - I do. I am self taught. I started in the film days - actually got the first camera in my hands at 10 years old and have been hooked ever since. Let's see - not that it directly relates, but I am bank manager and business lender by trade for a well respected local bank, have degree in business economics, and work with many professionals in the area on other projects.
