Willing to work hard, learn and do pretty much anything! He's worked on many different things, in my house and at my farm. Does the simple things fast and the complex things accurately with deep thought and excellent problem solving skills. Picks up intent very quickly and asks relevant questions that clearly reflect his understanding of the customer's goals. It's very rare to find someone who knows exactly when to ask a question and when to make their own decision during a task. Very satisfied! Learns very quickly. Fantastic trustworthy independent worker who also communicates effectively as a team/co-worker. Always positive with a can-do attitude. Rare qualities to be found in this day and age. Good job! Assemble shelving units.
