- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always shooting every day of my life. I rarely leave home without my camera. I go out on weekend excursions with friends to shoot the Pacific Northwest. I also watch professional video tutorials online to see other aspects of photography.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine took a risk and hired me as a second shooter, he pushed me to be creative and here I am today. We now both shoot for each other.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was recently hired from a remodeling company here in Tacoma. They donated a house on Tapps Island to the county fire departments as a training simulation and practice burn. They hired me to do the shoot, though it was a 10 hr shoot, it was challenging and exciting at the same time. Also, it was something most people cannot say they have done before.
