I cannot say enough good things about Brian. When we started looking for a house we used a couple different realtors and always felt like we were bothering them when we found a house we wanted to look at. We started going to open houses on our own and that's when we met Brian. It's was like we all instantly clicked. We ended up putting an offer in on the house where we met him but it didn't work out. But that didn't stop Brian from continuing to look for houses for us. I think we texted the poor guy at least once a day with either questions or listings we wanted to look at. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. In fact we felt like we were his only clients (which was far from the truth) He'd always make time for us. He has went above and beyond what a realtors job is. He climbed all over the house we bought to make sure it was worth it. He went under the deck, in the attic, on the roof and even went around to the neighbors to ask questions. I know for a fact that none of the realtors we started with would have done this. We are lucky to have gotten Brian and even luckier that he has chosen to be our friend even after the purchase. He has put weekends aside to come help us work on things at the house. Including crawling into the attic again. Our kids love him as much as we do. He has become a part of our family and we love it. Brian is the best, period. We used multiple other agents but ended up with him as our final pick. They just didn't have the ease of personality that he did. My wife and I told him what we needed and what we wanted, he was tirelessly out there finding homes for us and patiently walking us through each one. Beyond just showing us homes and unlocking the doors, though; Brian is able to see YOUR vision in the home. We saw several that we wanted to remodel and he had the expertise and experience needed to explain to us what it would cost and design ideas we hadn't even considered. When it came time to purchase our home, he worked with the Sellers and was able to drop the price, get them to pay closing cost, and make the repairs we needed upon uncovering them in the home inspection. He got us a refund on the home inspection and made the entire experience of buying our first home run as smooth as possible. Selling: Only 2% Listing Fee. If we bring you the buyer, you still only pay only pay 2%. Compare with other brokerages or agents who charge you 5-6% listing fee. You can save thousands of $$. Buying: Receive a Free Home Warranty. simple as that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it easy. We will come to you and have an in person meeting or over the phone if you prefer. We will answer all the questions you have regarding the selling and buying process. If you decide to move forward, we will be with you every step of the giving you expert advice throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Marketing and Education I went on to complete several Professional Educational Courses in Business/Marketing and Leadership. I went into REAL ESTATE at the age of 23 and never looked back.
