Roof Care made replacing our roof a seamless experience. From the moment that we reached out to get a quote to finalizing the invoice, they were professional, punctual and response. We felt that they were reasonable and all aspects of our requests and their crew were extremely nice on the job site. We even had to make some changes to the scheduling and they were more than amenable to the changes in order to accommodate both of our schedules. We’d recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone that we know that needs a new roof.

From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Jonathan is incredibly easygoing and a great listener. He patiently heard all my concerns and requests, no matter how detailed, and made sure everything was addressed. It’s rare to find someone so approachable and professional in this industry. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable—honestly, one of the best quotes I received in Seattle without any upselling or exaggeration. You get real value for your money here. The crew did a great job with the work. I have internal gutters on a flat roof, which have been a constant headache due to leaking. Jonathan’s team tackled the issue head-on, replacing all the rotten plywood and fascia boards. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Midway through the project (which lasted about 3.5 days), we had to make a few pivots due to some unforeseen issues. I was pretty anxious because we were on a tight timeline, but Jonathan responded quickly, adjusted plans on day two, and made sure everything stayed on track. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. We have worked with Jhonatan and his team on a full roof replacement, roof leak repair, skylight replacement across our properties. His quotes have been very reasonable and the work is top notch. He has a good eye for detail and made sure all the repairs were of good quality. When the material we requested for full roof replacement was not available, he provided upgraded material without extra charge to ensure we had the best product installed. Good communication and makes sure he finishes the project on time. Would definitely recommend hiring him for any roof projects.
