Bodie was great to work with! He called me within minutes of submitting my quote request on Thumbtack, and was at our house in less than 24 hours to help us figure out our issue with condensation on the ceiling in one of our bedrooms. He was very honest and provided guidance on how we can address the problem ourselves, which I appreciate so we don't have extra expenses for something we can attempt to fix on our own. Stop your search for a trustworthy home services small/local business… because you have found it! Words are insufficient to capture our gratitude for Elevation Home Services, and particularly for Beau, the owner. Our furnace went out just 3 months after purchasing our house and just as winter hit. I submitted a panicked message asking for a diagnostic visit and not only did Beau respond literally within minutes, he was at my house within the hour. Everyone else wanted me to call in an emergency or after-hours call ($$$) and otherwise weren’t available for days or weeks. He presented all of our options and was completely honest that the $1k repair option couldn’t be guaranteed because of the age of our furnace (turned out to be 33 years old!). We opted for a full replacement and Beau even researched the energy efficiency rebate through PSE and made sure the our invoice had all the necessary information reflected. HERE’S WHERE IT GETS EVEN BETTER. While we waited for the unit to come in (high quality Lennox unit), he did some tweaking and got our old furnace working again in the meantime. While working on it, he noticed our water heater (which wasn’t even part of the conversation!) wasn’t connected properly to the metal tubing and immediately fixed that too (at no cost!)! He also taught me how to clean it out myself to prolong its life. WAIT IT GETS BETTER. One day after he did the tweak to get it working until our new unit came in, it failed again and our house started getting cold fast. I texted him *on a Friday evening* to tell him so, and he FaceTimed me and walked me through some troubleshooting… and got it working again!! This was above and beyond!! The initial diagnostic fee was even waived/applied to our total and we were offered 2 financing options, one of which didn’t even have any interest or fees for a whole year. The technician that helped do the unit replacement was TOP NOTCH, had 30 years of experience, and was even teaching an apprentice. Without hesitation, I absolutely plan to hire Elevation Home Services again for everything we can! Thank you thank you Beau!!!!

This guy is the "real deal". He showed up ASAP when I had a problem with my furnace. In about "a heartbeat, with a quickness", he ascertained that there was a water pipe leaking onto the furnace. I found the leak and fixed it, furnace working OK. However, he pointed out that, although working, it was 30 years old, and a new unit would be far more energy efficient. AND they have 0% financing. Only reason I didn't proceed is because I will have some major legal fees in the next 10 days for an action I have undertaken. Anyway, as soon as "the dust settles", I will be giving Bodie a call. Fair pricing, knowledgeable guy...I really don't need to shop anymore. If you have a furnace problem...give him a call. You won't be sorry:)
