- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do! We have both hourly rates and packages available. Both always include a USB drive with all of your full-resolution images as well as a generous print release. The package pricing starts at $2,400 and the hourly rates start at $275 / hour. You can find out more at our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with folks in person whenever possible-- at the very least, a meeting on Skype. We talk about their goals and get to know a bit about each other. Every client walks away with a schedule recommendation if they don't already have one. We're not huge on pushing sales, but we do want to make sure we figure out what works best for you, and part of that is giving you a written recommendation for how long we expect it'll take us to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent four years at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA studying design and photography, resulting in a Bachelor of Fine Art. I regularly immerse myself in reading the latest technological developments for cameras, lenses, and processing software. I also follow a variety of creative journals and blogs to keep my ideas current and fresh. Continued education is absolutely vital in this field, and it's something I enjoy pursuing.
