By providing great communication and asking you alot of questions at the outset, we can make sure that you get what the floor you need and want, for instance, if you are expecting a "no-wax" vinyl floor and then find out we installed a floor that needs to be waxed every 2 months it won't matter how well it was installed, how well it looks or what a great deal it was- your not going to be happy and all because it wasn't discussed ahead of time! We want you to be happy, in fact our goal is to make sure that you WANT to recommend us to your friends, family and colleagues. Ever since the first day when i showed up to a new construction house and there was a pile of raw oak flooring laying there, eight hours later there was a beautiful hardwood floor! I was hooked! I love seeing the transformation a new floor can make to a room, whether it is a hardwood floor or new carpet it is always amazing what a HUGE difference flooring can make. The other thing I love is that i get to meet new people and go to buildings everyday! Every situation is different which really appeals to my problem solving nature.
