Absolutely amazing! Alex, YZ and Roman are fantastic! They've redone our old deck in a fabulous way, and even went out of their ways to install a great quality hardwood (red batu) instead of cedar, helping us get a great looking wrap-around deck. Absolutely great craftsmanship, care, and professionalism! Will hire the again! They are my go-to guys for the series of projects needed for our older Seattle house.

The YZ workers were amazing ! They were conscientious about their work and arrived promptly every day til our deck was finished. They were attentive to our needs and respectful of our property. We are very satisfied with our deck. Raman, the supervisor was great ! He checked back with us to make sure we were happy and he was very responsive to us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend YZ construction !

I hired YZ last week to complete our painted roof deck patio. They were able to squeeze us in on Friday, despite the rain they were able to complete the job and apply a second coat of sealant Saturday morning. They sanded off existing deck paint, recommended a stain/sealant product that is better at handling constant exposure, and applied two coats. The team is super kind and responsive. I recommend them for any deck-related projects.

A couple of weeks ago I found myself in utter despair. It was less than a week to my birthday and the deck contractor I hired baled out on me leaving my deck demolished. I remembered YZ Construction had contacted me the day before to see how things were going so I gave Raman a call. Not only were they able to help piece up the pieces of the project, they also finished a day early and did a great job at that! Thanks!
