We had the pleasure of working with David and Cody—two talented brothers—on our new deck project, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! David is all straight talk no marketing pitch! From the very beginning, they were collaborative and thoughtful, working with us to refine our initial design ideas and offering creative suggestions that truly elevated the final plan.
Their quote was fair—not the cheapest, but definitely good value for the quality of work they delivered. Navigating Redmond’s extensive permit process was no small feat, but thanks to their engineer contacts, they helped us get engineer-approved plans based on their detailed drafts. I wish I had known the permitting process and cost involved with this process before. It took time and effort from me to proxy information between city/engineer/contractor. The wait was mostly on the permit office and the engineer, not on David and Cody.
Once the permit came through, everything else was a breeze. They built the deck in what felt like record time, and the result is absolutely stunning. We’ve already received so many compliments on it. David was especially great throughout—constantly checking in, offering ideas, and making sure everything was just right.
We’re already thinking ahead to future projects with them. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for skilled, hard working , and personable builders. Thanks again, David and Cody!

Exceptional Pricing and Professionalism!
I reached out to this contractor for a small fence repair project, and they provided one of the most competitive estimates I’ve ever seen — almost half the price of what other contractors quoted me. Although I couldn’t move forward with them this time for unrelated reasons, their professionalism, responsiveness, and fair pricing truly stood out.
It’s rare to find someone this honest and reasonable in today’s market. If I ever have to take on a decking or fencing project in the future, I would blindly go with them without a second thought. Highly recommended!

David and Cody rebuilt our front porch and stairs, as well as the pergola in the backyard. They completed the entire project in just two weeks from start to finish, and were very happy with the results. Their workmanship is solid, the attention to detail is impressive, and they kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. Communication was easy, and they were professional and pleasant to work with. Wed definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done right and on time!

I had the pleasure of consulting with Legendary fencing and decking llc, for a deck project, and although I ultimately didn’t proceed due to builder plans, I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and expertise. One of the brothers was in touch with me, he demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, walking me through every step of the process with clear explanations. Their workmanship and precision in planning were evident, and they provided transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. Communication was easy, and they were very approachable, making the entire experience smooth and informative. By the way they build on their own (meaning they are not subcontracting your work or leaving it to others). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy deck builder.
