Bai did a great job taking down my current tv and mount and installing a new one. The mount that I had wasn’t large enough for the new tv and he went to Home Depot himself to get a mount. He really saved the day! He was responsive, punctual, and did great work.

Bai was great! I asked him to mount two TVs and hang one painting. After sitting with the mounted TVs for a day, I realized I would like them lowered, and Bai kindly came back and lowered them for me to help put my mind at ease. Great craftsmanship, work, responsiveness and flexibility.

Ok - here is a major catch. Bai came with a friend of his, so for the job he did, he actually did it almost twice as fast as it would have taken for a single handy man. It made a big difference for me, because I had his help for installing a pretty large shoe rack (wall mounted), a bed headboard, a curtain rod and a mirror. And he was done in under 4 hours for the whole thing.

I also liked his problem solving mentality. We had a sloping garage, and when he installed the shoe rack, he had to get creative in the wall mounting, to ensure that we cound keep it fully level.

Fixing the curtain rod and the mirror was almost a bonus. Hardly took him 15mins for those.

One feebback for Bai would be to keep more tools with him. I would have liked him to have a metal/wood cutter with him, and some extra screws/anchors etc. Those are things we need not have handy, but maybe needed for some jobs.

Overall, I'd hire him again.
