FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest option and we're proud of that. Our pricing reflects 17 years of professional experience, licensed tradespeople, quality materials, and a process that protects your home and your investment. If you've received quotes that seem too good to be true, they probably are. We work with architects, engineers, and 3D designers to deliver results that last. We invest in this platform to connect with clients who value craftsmanship over the lowest number on a page. If budget is your primary driver, we respect that but we'd be doing you a disservice by pretending we're the right fit. Choosing us means choosing a team that will still be accountable to you five years from now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a real conversation I listen more than I talk. I want to understand what you need and what success looks like when the job is done. From there I walk the project with you and ask the questions most contractors skip. If you have ideas but can't visualize the result, we offer 3D design renders through our design partners there is an initial design fee of $80, which many clients find invaluable before committing to a full remodel. Once we align on the vision, you get a detailed written scope with transparent pricing no vague line items, no surprises. We set a realistic timeline, communicate throughout, and don't consider the job finished until you're satisfied. Simple, honest, and built on respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My classroom has been every job site I've ever walked onto. I came up through 17 years of real work not textbooks. I learned from master tradespeople who taught me that the most important tool you carry is your integrity. That a man's word on a handshake still means something. That showing up on time, keeping your workspace clean, and leaving a home better than you found it is its own kind of education — one that no degree can replicate. Over those 17 years I've built working relationships with architects, structural engineers, and 3D interior designers. I've learned to read blueprints, solve problems under pressure, and communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, and trade partners in both English and Spanish. I've made mistakes, owned them, and learned from every single one. What I bring to your project isn't a certificate on a wall. It's 17 years of showing up, doing the work, and building a reputation one satisfied client at a time. In this trade, that's worth more than any diploma.
