- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a 2 hour minimum for any service call. $60 per hour. 100% total transparency. They should be aware of all costs including any potential changes. A good contractor will provide change forms to protect both individuals in the agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client begins with an initial consultation to discuss their vision, needs, budget, and timeline. This is followed by a site evaluation to assess the space for any challenges and opportunities. I then create a preliminary design and present a detailed proposal that outlines the scope, costs, materials, and timelines. Once approved, a formal contract is prepared, and a comprehensive project plan and schedule are developed. During execution, I ensure quality workmanship and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards. After completing the project, I conduct a final walkthrough with the client to review the work and address any adjustments. Finally, I offer ongoing support and encourage feedback to continuously improve my services.

With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. My background includes extensive management experience, where I’ve developed detailed training programs and overseen projects from the ground up to completion. Additionally, I have held my General Contractor’s License for decades, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and professionalism in the industry.
