I had the Window Genie come twice (so far). The first time, Ben did my windows, and the second time, I had them do some power washing on the front of the house to remove bird droppings. I am thrilled with the level of professionalism of Window Genie, and have put them on my calendar to keep my windows sparkling throughout the year. In addition, they offer many other services that I will take advantage of. Ben is great, and quickly earned my trust and appreciation. 5 Stars!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect basic contact information and learn exactly what the customers needs are. Then we complete a free on site estimate to determine a fair price for our customers. If the customer approves of the price we schedule the work and complete it to their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety Training from the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work when I transitioned out of the Army in 2014. I always liked working with my hands and being outside. This type of business allowed me to have that and so much more.
