I would like to thank you for your work getting our oven back to working order. Vasyl came out and diagnosed the problem and provided us with the answer to the problem and the quote to fix it. I thought the quote was very resonable for what we needed and had him get the parts ordered up to do he repair. Came out and installed it quickly. I will use him again if any of my appliances have troubles again.

I'm very glad I contacted Bold and Short Repair. My family's dishwasher had visible mold and buildup inside the sump, filter, and around the float area. While it was still running and cleaning, I was concerned about sanitation and wanted the issue handled properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the visit. He thoroughly cleaned the sump, filter, and float, removed food debris and mold, and clearly explained what he was doing and why. There was no upselling and no rushing, just solid, competent work. He also took the time to give me helpful information on how to maintain the dishwasher going forward, including using dishwasher cleaning pods as needed to keep everything clean and prevent buildup from returning. That extra guidance was genuinely appreciated. After the service, everything feels clean and safe again, and I have real peace of mind. I'd absolutely recommend Bold and Short Repair to anyone looking for an honest appliance technician who actually addresses the root of the problem.
