- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, per-person pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for schools, nonprofits, and recurring clients. Service Styles & Fees: 1. Disposable Buffet Delivery – Self-serve with no extra fees. Add $10/set for warmers & sternos. 2. Buffet Delivery & Pick-Up – Self-serve with setup/teardown. +10% service fee, $200 minimum. 3. Staffed Buffet – Includes setup, serving & cleanup. +15% service fee, $300 minimum. Server hours extra. 4.Plated Dinner – Formal seated service. +20% service fee, $500 minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Start with a quick call or fill out our form 2. Receive a custom proposal within 2–24 hours 3. Finalize your menu + submit 25% deposit to secure the date 4. Adjust guest count up to 48 hours before the event 5. We deliver the event + send a post-event invoice

Our culinary team includes graduates from Le Cordon Bleu and professionals with over 20 years of catering experience.
