We were very impressed with the CPRtraining provided by NwBestCPR. Our instructor Farley, was experienced, knowledgeable, and interesting. He had excellent and up-to-date equipment, and gave real life situations. Using statistics from King County’s Fire and Rescue department, he identified and provided the most current methods of giving CPR. He gave clear examples and allowed us to practice, therefore ensuring the best possible outcomes for emergency situations. All our staff have had CPR certification before, and he quickly explained the new thinking and why the changes have come about. Because of Farley’s professional and obviously experience, we all felt well informed and confident with the training we received.

Farley is by far the best CPR instructor many of us have ever had. Not only was he open to travelling to a private home filled with 20 new parents, he kept us on task, taught us life saving skills, answered questions and gave us practical experience for forst aid and CPR for both adults and infants. Our group was a little unruly at times and his professional manner and knowledge of the topics left us woth memories of how to do what when. He brought dummy and checklists for us to follow along. A very important evening woth a guy who really loves his work! I absolutely recommend him for any firstaidtraining needs!

Colleen, Thanks for the wonderful feedback. I had a great time teaching your group. It was amazing how you and Kendra organized such a large turnout of interested parents. And you guys weren't that unruly! :)
Good luck raising all those kids, and let me know when you are ready to refresh your training. I will look forward to seeing you again!

I'm not going to lie, this was the best experience I've had becoming certified/re-certified in CPR/BLS. Our instructor, Farley, was so awesome! He mentally threw me into vivid situations and helped me almost feel the panic and hesitancy and tunnel vision that likely comes when a life or death situation arises and someone is not breathing. I was so sucked into the situations that I felt urgent about mastering the training. He provided clear, direct, and extra helpful training that left me feeling very confident (more than I've ever been so far!) in taking charge of immediately beginning CPR if I ever see someone who is not breathing. He established perspective with statistics on survival rates and credibility for King County's Fire and rescue department, discussed possible things that hold people back from helping when someone is not breathing, mentioned details about what can happen to a body when someone is not breathing, made the training as real as possible and created in me an important sense of educated urgency that is priceless. I am so motivated to locate AEDs near my home and anywhere I travel, to pay attention to my surroundings and my precise location wherever I go, to get a better quality firstaid kit and someday even my own AED. Not to mention get all my family members and friends educated with this valuable training! I also enjoyed the small class size, partner switching, and the adequate compressions practice and conditioning. I was glad he gave us a bonus round with the AED speaking Spanish too; so many creative ways to prepare us. He even sent us a follow up email with review sheets and helpful, handy reminders about action items he recommended we take. I would take his class every time and highly recommend him and this course to everyone!

Cassandra. Wow, what a great review. Thanks for taking so much time to write it.
I hope you have a great year at work and never need to use the training. But I know when you do, you'll be stellar!

My husband needed re-certification for CPR, FirstAid, and BLS. He was very impressed with the knowledge of the instructor and how patient they were with student questions.
We really liked that we could locate this training on the Eastside, as so many classes are Seattle-centric and, not to mention parking is a major hassle in Seattle.
So delighted with NwBestCPR we will be back!

I have taken 5 CPR and FirstAid classes over the past 15 years. This was by far the best and most helpful course I have ever taken. During the class the instructor had a good pace, the information was presented in a clear and easy to grasp manner with plenty of hands on practice. After taking this class I feel confident in any emergency situation to help someone in a crisis until Help arrives.
