FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I courteously like to arrange a meeting after speaking or texting over the phone. That way customers can meet me and realize I am just a down to earth guy. I understand what it’s like needing a professional and not knowing if I can trust that person. So I like to meet and show my customers I am here for them and whatever they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been laying pipe and doing various excavation since I was in high school, but the last 10 years I have worked for my dads septic company, the city of Renton and now my own business which all have left me with training to be proficient at my craft. Whether it’s pipe laying, setting tanks or just plain ditch digging, I have been training rigorously for the better part of the decade.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad has been in the septic business for 30+ years and I got stared working for him. After college I got hired on with the city of Renton where I honed my equipment skills and have continued to excavate for my dad and now have a business of my own.
