I worked with Pablo and his team on a project to repair the siding of a four unit townhouse complex in Seattle. Pablo's team executed flawless on the project within the planned time and estimated budget.
Planning the project with Pablo was really smooth as well. I actually managed part of the process remotely from another city. Pablo was always available to answer questions and make sure things are taken care of. He took care of getting permits from the city using the sidewalks, managing parking signs, machinery etc. He made the process really smooth from our perspective.
The work included repairing and replacing some damaged siding and damaged exterior fences, power washing, sanding and staining.
