- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being clear and honest about pricing from the start. Every project is different, so we provide a detailed estimate based on the work needed, materials, and scope of the project. Our goal is to make sure clients understand exactly what they’re getting and feel comfortable moving forward with no surprises along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free. First we talk with the client to understand what they’re looking for and answer any questions. Then we schedule a visit to see the project in person and evaluate the work. After that we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once the project starts, we stay in communication at every step and make sure everything runs smoothly until the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes mainly from years of hands-on work in home remodeling and construction. Over time we’ve worked on many different types of projects including roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, siding, and general home improvements. We continue learning new techniques and materials so we can always provide quality work and reliable results for our clients.
