- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because all jobs are different, I don't use any standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would typically like to see the scope of work to be done on each project. Once we have walked/seen the project, we can more accurately give an estimate for the scope of work to be done. Then, three estimates are sent to the client to choose from. depending on the budget that the client has set, they may choose which quote best suites their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work for the City of Seattle as a Project Manager. I've been an enthusiast of the residential construction industry for several years. My wife and I have owned rental property off and on for over 10 years. My innate ability with mechanics and design has moved me towards a new business in remodeling homes.
