Hayder did an excellent job installing an exterior stair rail. He was very responsive— inspecting my stairs, discussing the requirements, and providing a quote — all within 24 hrs of my initial submission on Thumbtack. After ordering the HW, he installed the stair rail about a week later, working in the rain and into the dark to get the job done! He even replaced a gate latch for me — free of charge. Overall, his work was 1st rate — I highly recommend him.

I needed a hand rail installed outdoors because I have a side entrance for basement unit. I received a timely quote and this was during the heavy rains week so I was out of town but they were nice enough to pick up sand bags for me from Home Depot. Definitely went above and beyond. Great work!! Overall, I was very impressed with work and value.
