- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look to stay competitive with our pricing, but we prioritize quality in our cleaning, we don’t want to just clean your home once and never come back. We want to do a service that brings repeat and loyal customers that we can build great relationships with. So our prices may not always be the lowest, but be careful with those low ball prices, they are always competitive and the quality is guaranteed to be there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want our customers to feel at ease and comfortable with us, we want to be seen as your friendly neighborhood home cleaners. We will walk you through our process step by step to see what you need or want in your cleaning service, this will also help us to make sure that your getting the best price estimate for the quality of service. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction!

Our education is the totality of our experience. We have tried, tested, researched and educated ourselves on all the best techniques and products that we need to get the job done right.
