I looked at a few different companies for my move-out cleaning before choosing Pure Place. A lot of the other options were either more expensive or couldn't fit me into their schedule on short notice. Pure Place reached out quickly, answered my questions, explained the process clearly, and got me booked without any hassle. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaner arrived right on time and got started immediately. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. My apartment was honestly in pretty bad shape since I'd never had a professional cleaning done before, and I wasn't expecting such a dramatic difference. He cleaned everything. Not just the obvious things, but all the little details I wouldn't have even thought about—dust on top of doors, corners, walls, faucets, and places I didn't even realize had gotten dirty over time. When he was done, the apartment looked better than I thought it could. It genuinely felt like I was walking into a brand-new apartment again. The only small hiccup was a misunderstanding about the window cleaning charge. I thought it had already been included in the quoted price, but it ended up being added separately. It wasn't a big deal, and the quality of the cleaning and professionalism of the service were so good that it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd just recommend double-checking those details when booking. Overall, I'm very happy I went with Pure Place and would absolutely recommend them for a move-out cleaning. The results exceeded my expectations.

Wow! I'm genuinely impressed by the work the cleaner did. He started with the bathroom cleaned every nook and cranny, removed very very persistent stains that even I couldn't remove in my prior cleanings, polished the showerhead thirds original form, and in general just left the bathroom spanking new. After that, he moved over to the bedroom in the living room in the kitchen and the hallway in each of those rooms, he was meticulously careful about dusting, wiping and cleaning all of the surfaces, and again some of the more persistent stains were craftfully removed with a sharp tool.
