Hi, my name is Joan Fukai, Certified Hypnotherapist with IACT.
I started my journey to become a hypnotherapist because I was recovering from cancer complications, and I was looking for a positive path to guide me.
I tried everything, and everything failed me.
It wasn’t until I cast aside my doubts and tried hypnosis - that’s when things started to change.
Aside from developing inner peace and calming my nerves, I was actually able to recover from cancer emotionally. Now I’m able to live a full life again, and my kids (and husband) are happy to have full mom (and wife) again.
No longer do I feel like swearing at the driver that cut me off in traffic. When the 10-year-old neighbor kid stared and asked about the pimple on the end of my nose, I laughed with him about how funny it looked instead of hiding and feeling self-conscious.
Hypnosis has allowed me to feel free and happy. I was left with such a lasting impression and couldn’t help but wonder, “what if I could do this for other people?” And that single thought sent me on this journey to bring more serenity into the lives of others."
Since then, I have been able to help my clients find the peace and calming state that I had found for myself.

I will teach you self-hypnosis so you can have this calming state where ever you go.
During your session, I will guide you through your goals. I will then teach you self-hypnosis techniques to allow you the ability to maintain your desired state. I offer a wide array of services, addressing your goals, and tailoring each session to focus on your desired results.
I see clients in my office in Renton, WA, or virtually via video chat or phone.
I provide a free consultation over the phone to decide if we are a good fit.
